Our partner, Mike Daisley, completed law school in 1985 and has been practicing ever since. He has a wide range of experience from his time working with one of the biggest law firms in North Carolina, and as serving as the elected chief advisor of the major claims Counsel.
Mike is based in, and majority of cases North Carolina and it's where most of his clients are located. He focuses on doing smaller work for people who have been injured by corporations or against negligent people. These include drunk drivers and hotels that don't have safety procedures in place. In the last 18 years, he has been a certified mediator in court that helps him navigate cases and get the best results.
